Healthcare data principles

XefAI works in a healthcare context and recognizes that healthcare data can be highly sensitive. We design our services and platform thinking around privacy, security, data governance, and role-based accountability.

Where healthcare or regulated data is involved, we support architectures that limit exposure, preserve auditability, and align AI usage with organizational controls and applicable obligations.

Protected health information and regulated data

If XefAI is engaged in work that involves protected health information or similarly regulated healthcare data, data handling expectations are defined through client agreements, implementation design, and operational controls.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients remain responsible for determining what data may be shared, what legal basis applies, and what technical safeguards are required in their environment.
