This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited and restricted behaviors when interacting with XefAI websites, materials, digital properties, and any services or environments we provide or operate.

The goal is to protect our systems, our users, our clients, and the healthcare environments in which our work may be applied.

You may not use XefAI systems or properties in ways that are unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or disruptive. You may not attempt to circumvent controls, scrape protected content at scale, or interfere with platform operations.

• Unauthorized access, probing, scanning, or exploitation of systems or accounts
• Transmission of malware, destructive code, or content designed to impair services
• Fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating behavior
• Use that violates privacy, confidentiality, or the rights of third parties
• Use of services in support of illegal activity or prohibited healthcare data practices

Because XefAI operates in a healthcare AI context, users and partners should avoid using our materials or systems in ways that could create unsafe clinical reliance, privacy harm, or unauthorized handling of regulated information.

Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their own users, workflows, and deployment choices remain consistent with internal governance, security controls, and applicable legal obligations.

If we believe this policy has been violated, XefAI may investigate, limit access, suspend interactions, or take other appropriate action to protect our systems and stakeholders.

We may also cooperate with relevant authorities or affected third parties where required by law or where necessary to address abuse, fraud, or security risks.
